• Controller: Burt (FT) Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Controller will be responsible for oversight of all finance, accounting and reporting activities. As a key role to the Accounting Team, the Controller will be responsible for the monthly close and presentation of financials.  They will be involved in supporting presentations to the board and will work closely with the senior leadership team on analytical reports. The Controller will have day-to-day as well as Month-end and Year-end responsibilities related to close and financial reporting.  They will supervise a team with functional responsibility over General Ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and other various areas as needed. The Controller will ensure that StateLine Cooperative has the systems and procedures in place to support effective program implementation and be the point person for financial audits. The Controller will work closely with Business Unit Leaders and their staff regarding finance and accounting procedures. In addition, this role will partner with the CFO, Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and the human resources (HR) and information technology (IT) staff to enhance and better integrate finance, HR, and IT functions.
